Why the focus matters.

Design studios use specialised tools and work under deadline pressure. Support is better when the person helping already understands Revit, Adobe licensing, remote work, workstation performance and project workflows.

Positioning

Small enough to care. Experienced enough to understand the systems behind professional design work.

USBmechanic brings over 15 years of real-world I.T. experience supporting architecture and design environments, including Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, BIM workflows, and design studio infrastructure.

Greg also holds an Interior Architecture degree with honours from UNSW, providing a deeper understanding of how architectural practices actually work day-to-day.

We specialise in supporting architecture and design firms of approximately 10–70 staff — large enough to need serious systems and support, while still valuing direct relationships and responsive service.
